For this training, our company has invited the Professor from University of Magdeburg, Germany, who shares experience of Germany enterprise on-the-job training with the China Tobacco Corporation senior management staff. The training mainly includes German dual system of vocational education operating mechanism, the German trainer qualification standards and the goals, meaning, programs, information systems and career planning of staff development, etc.
